  • Custom rugs ship within 15–20 business days from CAD approval.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Delivery times vary between 10–20 business days depending on destination.

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are shown at checkout whenever possible.

 

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping within India is free.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Damaged Shipments

If your rug arrives damaged, please email us at info@aakaarrugs.com with photos within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
